  • 1 cup ice

  • Add all the ingredients barring the ice and blend until smooth. Then add the ice and blend until the ice is blended. Serve immedietely. Store leftovers in the fridge, but consume within a few hours.

The mango. I like a strong mango flavor so I add 3/4 cup of mango pulp to my milkshake, but if you like a more subtle flavor add just 1/2 cup.
Ingredients. I love using mango pulp for this. I have only used fresh mangoes to make this using Pakistani mangoes. If you can get your hands on them use the same amount of fresh mangoes as the amount of puree listed above.
The sugar. I like using icing sugar instead of sugar because it dissolves easily.
The cream cheese. I know it's an odd ingredient for a milkshake but it adds amazing depth of flavor. You can leave it out if you don't have it.
The milk. I've used 2% and whole milk for this. They both work great.
