Homemade Pita Bread

Warm puffy circles of bread, steaming as you dip them in hummus. Man, that's gold. You'd be surprised at how easy is it to make pita bread in your own home, without a massive wood burning oven. The best part, the dough is just 4 ingredients, and water happened to be one of them. I used to make these all the time when I was in Germany, and I admit I don't make them as often here in Chicago because you can find ready made ones. Crustless Quiche

Crustless Quiche

Fluffy eggs, bright green broccoli speckled throughout and just enough cheese to add a light indulgence...

Achari Chicken

Achari Chicken

I know I say this about all my recipes, but this is definitely my favorite 30 minute meal. You know why? Because it tastes like it has been cooking for hours. It's a favorite entree at restaurants, but is so easy to make at home. You'll actually start preferring this over restaurant Achari Chicken once you start making this version. The masala is so luscious and is great mopped up with some naan.

Crispy Veggie Pakora

Crispy Veggie Pakora

A Crispy Veggie Pakora and a rainy day go hand in hand. It is everyone's favorite tea time snack. We all love a crispy veggie pakora, so why the hate towards it all of a sudden? Why do we need to air fry it, or swear it off, especially during the special time of Ramadan? We don't need to deprive ourselves of this delicious treat. I've come up with a simple and fool proof recipe that you can enjoy every now and then even if you're watching your waistline. These crispy veggie pakoras are light, crisp and full of flavor.
