Aloo ki Bhujia (Potato Curry)

Aloo ki Bhujia (Potato Curry)

I just came back from a glorious (but short) trip to Lahore, where I didn't move a muscle unless it was to eat. I visited close family and got all my favorite foods made at home, and one of those said favorite foods is this Aloo ki Bhujia. It is such a simple dish, but if made right it can hold so much flavor. In fact, this potato curry is so delicious and flavorful that it can be served alongside Halwa Puri. All in all, it's a great vegan and gluten free meal that the whole family will enjoy, and it comes together in less than 30 minutes!

Chicken Chili Dry

Chicken Chili Dry is one of the most popular Chinese dishes for a reason. It's dry, as the name suggests, but packs so much flavor. Each piece of chicken is coated in a thin crispy layer that absorbs all the flavored oil its pan fried in. I'm a garlic lover though and through, but the ginger in this Chicken Chili Dry is phenomenal. As always, this recipe is easy, quick and full of flavor. I always make double batch of this because I eat half of it while I'm getting ready to serve it.

Aloo Gajar Matar (potatoes, carrots and peas)

... it's often the easy, everyday recipes that stump us because we don't really give them any importance. Vegetables are easy to cook. They don't need a long list of whole and ground spices like Biryani, but they still need something, and i'm gonna break it down for you, one easy step at a time...
