Dum Kabab

Dum Kabab

When you think of Dum Kabab you thick decadence, and decadence takes time. I, however, have conveniently packed all this decadence into a small time frame, so you can enjoy the glory that is Dum Kabab, and you don't need all day to cook it. Dum Kabab is just your normal kababs that are cooked in a tomato and onion masala. They get the dum part of their name from the process of smoking them with a piece of charcoal at the end. It adds such great flavor that you'll be making this very often.

Achari Chicken

Achari Chicken

I know I say this about all my recipes, but this is definitely my favorite 30 minute meal. You know why? Because it tastes like it has been cooking for hours. It's a favorite entree at restaurants, but is so easy to make at home. You'll actually start preferring this over restaurant Achari Chicken once you start making this version. The masala is so luscious and is great mopped up with some naan.

Easy Shahi Tukray

Easy Shahi Tukray

Classic Shahi Tukray are not for the faint of heart. Deep fried bread tossed in a lusciously sweet milk, it's decadence unmatched. But like always, I wanted to make it lighter without losing any of the flavor. his version ticks all the boxes. Delicious buttery bread, a luscious cardamom infused milk, and crunchy nuts.
