This recipe takes me back tot he taste 90's, early 2000's, when Pizza Hut was the coolest new place in Pakistan. The salad bar was everyone's favorite bar, and that potato salad still hits the spot. But it was their Chicken Tikka pizza and Chicken Fajita Pizza that really made the rounds on every table. It was perfection. You mix the spicy, local flavors of Pakistan into the classic American pizza chain and what you got was delicious. This recipe is an ode to that hype, and it definitely lives up to it...

This pan pizza dough is fool proof, and it's because of one addition. You'll never worry about dense pizza again. I make pizza and cheesy garlic breadsticks using this recipe on a weekly basis! We have a mid week pizza night, and it's so special because instead of ordering in, we all get involved and make our own pizzas. Even Mina, my 5 year old, sits on the counter top and makes her own cheese pizza. I hope you enjoy this recipe a much as I do, it really is a keeper.
